«WaterCorTank» («HelCor HR») tanks – tanks made of steel galvanized spiral corrugated pipe.
They are used as:
Storage tanks for various purposes;
reservoirs for collecting rain and other runoff;
storm water treatment plants;
equalizing tanks for waste water;
fire tanks;
high performance sand and oil separators;
buildings of sewage pumping stations and other equipment.
The system can be manufactured as part of:
pumping stations;
inspection and distribution wells;
collectors, cameras.
The high strength of the pipes manufactured using the «HelCor» technology makes it possible to arrange the system under streets, parking lots – the minimum filling height above the tanks in traffic zones is 0.6 m, including road clothing.
The maximum depth of installation of tanks is about 12-15 meters, depending on the geometric dimensions of the tanks.
Tanks are manufactured with a maximum internal diameter of up to 3,800 mm. With the help of «WaterCorTank» («HelCor HR») tanks, it is possible to create infinitely large storage tanks or treatment facilities, respectively, in terms of volume or performance. The tanks are connected sequentially with each other using flanged joints, which ensure full integrity of the system.
All elements of the tanks have a factory anti-corrosion treatment by hot-dip galvanizing with a coating thickness of 42 microns with / without an additional polymer coating Trenchcoat 300 microns thick. The protection ensures that the coatings are resistant to the corrosive effects of wastewater in the pH range from 3 to 12.
The tank ends are made of flat galvanized steel sheets reinforced with ribs, depending on the depth of the reservoir and the design loads.
