UltraCor structures are the latest generation of flexible structures with the deepest corrugation profile in the world. UltraCor combines all the advantages of lightweight construction with previously unheard-of strength and durability, creating the world’s largest corrugated metal structures.
UltraCor structures are used for the construction of engineering facilities above and below roads and Railways.
UltraCor ® structures are used for road and railway and industrial applications, as well as for strengthening and reconstructing existing structures such as we:
bridges,
overpasses
tunnels
culverts,
overpasses
pedestrian tunnels,
environmental transitions,
hangars
shelters,
underground storage facilities.
Features:
The world’s most durable corrugated steel plate can handle extreme loads
Spans may exceed 30 m
Available in: box and standard sections, low, medium or high profiles
Easy and fast Assembly
Advantages of installing UltraCor structures:
Wider spans
Higher covers
A wider range of design height of backfill above the structure
Lower installation costs
On March 6, 2019, an UltraCor structure built in the United Arab Emirates, which was designed, produced and assembled by the Polish ViaCon team, was added to the Guinness Book of world Records. This structure is the largest overpass in the world, built of prefabricated corrugated metal. Width (span) the structure is 32.4 m, and the total length of the three-span structure is 106 m.
