Pecor Quattro pipes are made of polypropylene (PP) and consist of two walls, where the outer wall is corrugated to ensure high rigidity of the SN8 ring (8 kPa), and the inner wall is smooth to guarantee optimal flow conditions. Pipes are manufactured in the DN/ID diameter range from 200 mm to 1000 mm. The pipe coupling, molded at the production stage, is an integral part of the pipe and provides quick installation and, in combination with an elastomeric gasket attached to the sleeve, provides connections with the necessary tightness.

The Pecor Quattro system consists of the following elements:

Fittings (bends, tees, etc.)
Connecting elements (bandages, adapters, sleeves, couplings, PP/PVC adapters

As a rule, Pecor Quattro pipes are made in black and grey (black outer corrugated walls and light grey inner walls). On request, it is possible to produce polypropylene pipes with the addition of a dye (pigment), for example: orange outer wall and light gray inner wall. Pecor Quattro pipes with SN8 ring stiffness can be used for all load classes. The material from which the pipes are made has a high temperature resistance (operating temperature up to 93 °C, short-term up to 110°C), low surface roughness and extremely high abrasion resistance.
